What is LIM - SPRINGS OF JOY CENTER (S.O.J.C.)?
This center forms part of the outreach arm of Life issues Ministry to the street families.
Our goal for the destitute in society is to impact their lives on three fronts:
Introduce them to the saving grace and love of Jesus Christ.
Rehabilitate them and give them psychological support.
Equip them with useful skills for their future livelihood.

Where is LIM - SPRINGS OF JOY CENTER?
The center is located Gikono, Maragua Sub-County, Murang'a County.
How did we get here?
The LIM - S.O.J.C. journey of faith.
Between 2014 - 2020 LIM reached out to the destitute families through person-to-person outreach crusades, monthly feeding programs, and Sunday breakfasts. Covid-19 caused introduction of stringent measures that limited in-person meetings.
Between 2016 - 2018, we got permission to utilize a compound, in Thika UTI, from a family friend for free to host the recovering Street Families. Eventually we moved out when the owner reclaimed their parcel of land.
In 2019 a family donated their land in Gikono, Maragua Sub-County where the current center is located.
