Programs working to improve participants' leadership skills, like decision-making, communicating, problem-solving, and adaptability. We train them to evaluate their current abilities and learning how to improve them.
Technical Skills
Empowering the participants by teaching them practical and specialized skills, like Organic Farming, Beadwork, Poultry & Pig Farming, Shoemaking among other trainings to help them find jobs and improve their lives. .
Organic Farming
Relying on natural processes & materials to maintain soil health, control pests, and promote biodiversity.
Beadwork
Handcrafted bead works which includes: tablemats, penholders, napkin holders and many more.
Shoemaking
Crafting footwear to meet the demand for shoes. This includes foot-ware for adults and children as well.
